Hi, I am Chetan, cofounder & CPO of Weekday. I am looking for someone who can directly work with me on projects most important to me. The type and scope of these projects can vary depending on what is the focus at that time. Broadly, this role will be 20% coding, 30% product, 40% data analysis, 10% of content moderation ops, and 100% ownership of the problem statements you are taking up.

Your first few months: Building best candidate recommendation model

We have data of 1M candidates which will increase to 10M in next few months. Can we surface interesting and the right candidates to companies?

• We have salaries of some 200k candidates. Can we use this data to predict salaries of other 800k candidates?
• Every candidate has mentioned their employer’s names in different ways. For eg. “Zomato”, “Zomato Pvt Limited”, “Zomatoo” etc. Can we reconcile these data to create common tags.
